  • Formulate social media strategy in line with brand strategy and business target
  • Work closely with internal and external partners in developing social proposals and execution plan based on marketing campaign objectives
  • Actively monitor new social media platforms, digital marketing trends and technologies in the industry to keep ahead of competition Social media operation
  • Develop monthly social media calendar for owned social platforms according to brand marketing calendar
  • Work with social media agency on both daily maintenance and ad hoc campaigns
  • Drive high-quality content delivery including global assets and local content creation. Ensure the content cohesive with global brand tonality across all the social media & digital channels
  • Liaise with key internal & external stakeholders on campaign assets briefing etc.
  • Assist in social CRM & online consumer journey set up KPI & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on social performance on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to achieve annual KPIs, e.g. followers, viewership, brand search.
  • Provide post-campaign reports and all social media related activities analysis
  • Insights generation with learnings and implications Others
  • Coordinate and implement KOL/KOC seeding projects and follow up performance analysis
  • Other marketing communication material translation
  • Assist in other IMC campaigns Qualifications
  • Bachelor' s degree or above
  • At least 5-year experience in social media or digital marketing field. Experience in fashion, beauty, and retail preferred
  • Excellence in copywriting skills
  • Good fashion and creative sense, familiar with the social landscape in China
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and self-motivated
  • Solid communication skills and good team member who believes in collaboration and enjoys discussion
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
