We are looking for a results-driven candidate to manage client relationships in the Shenzhen area as we expand in South China. You will pursue new sales opportunities, develop sales strategies, and analyze customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Independently pursue new sales opportunities and expand the customer base in South China
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve sales target
- Analyze customer requirements and applications to provide tailored quotations and solutions
- Coordinate and facilitate internal resources to support regional hardware business
- Conduct commercial negotiations and provide technical support for new customers and projects
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Strong experience in technical sales particularly in Bossard, Würth, Fastenal, Bufab, Optimas, etc.
- Proven track record in key customer development with measurable results
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fastener or hardware industry
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Valid driver's license
