Field Marketing Manager (with Partner Focus)
to lead the execution of integrated campaigns—including guides, webinars, thought leadership initiatives, and co-marketing activities with strategic partners. You will manage the full campaign lifecycle, from planning to promotion, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage logistics for marketing-led webinars, events, and field activations (virtual and in-person).
  • Lead execution of integrated campaigns, including guides, partner content, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with strategic partners to secure contributions, manage approvals, and ensure co-promotion.
  • Work with content, design, and web teams to produce high-quality campaign assets.
  • Own timelines, deliverables, and follow-through on campaign performance.
  • Coordinate event suppliers and vendors for seamless onsite activations.
  • Align messaging and promotional activities across GTM teams for maximum impact.
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.

Ideal Experience

  • 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, martech, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience in partner marketing and co-marketing program execution.
  • Hands-on experience managing logistics for events, webinars, and field marketing activations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Confident working across content, design, product marketing, and sales teams.
  • Comfortable managing external vendors and suppliers for campaign delivery.
