The AP HR Director serves as the strategic business partner (HRBP) to the LST Business Unit leadership in the Asia-Pacific region. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the business's growth and strategic objectives within AP. The position requires deep integration into the business, leadership of key HR initiatives, and leveraging competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract, motivate, and retain critical talent. This individual will manage an HR team primarily based at one core factory while providing matrix leadership to HR colleagues in other sites. This individual will collaborate closely with other team members across AP countries to ensure the delivery of efficient, compliant, and forward-thinking HR solutions, fostering a high-performance culture and building a robust talent pipeline.
