About the Role:

Head of Sales
to lead our regional growth strategy from
Dubai

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Drive new business development while expanding relationships with existing clients across multiple markets.
- Build strong partnerships with enterprise clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their logistics and cross-border needs.
- Negotiate large-scale contracts and strategic agreements to secure long-term growth.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing, and customer service) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings, building brand presence and market credibility.
- Act as a key liaison for Chinese-speaking partners and clients, ensuring effective communication and strong business relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field - Industry Background:
Proven success in e-commerce, supply chain, cross-border logistics. - Language:
Fluency in
Mandarin and English
is required. - Proven track record of building and leading sales teams that consistently exceed targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills at C-level.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to drive execution.
