- Responsible for overall sales in China, build a strong team of sales and related;
- To establish and improve related systems of China's sales, organize and supervise the department staff and complete all department's tasks within the purview;
- Implement personal responsibility and working standards of the department, and keep closely at work with R&D, Production, HR, Purchasing, Finance, QC, and other departments, strengthen the co-ordination with other departments.
- To organize the whole sales team to carry out the national market research and understand the market overall, industry distribution, status and share of competitors, sorting an analysis report for the decision-making of high leaders.
- Establish and improve network of sales management, do a good job in coordination, guidance, scheduling, inspection, evaluation.
- Fully explore the domestic distribution channels, the rational distribution of flagship stores, direct sales stores, franchise stores
- Organize large-scale trade activities, establish and improve the customer system in line with strategy planning requirements of company;
- Responsible for sales channel expansion and stores marketing plans( monthly, quarterly, annually), saving marketing costs, timely money withdrawn from circulation ,accelerating the company's cash flow;
- Responsible for preparation of sales statistical reports, good sales statistics accounting, general management, to establishment and regulate a variety of original records, statistical accounting, accounting procedures, collect monthly, quarterly, annual sales statistical reports, timely writing sales analysis reports for the decision-making of high leaders.
- Organize monthly, quarterly, annual sales meetings, and make guidance, supervision, control for sales management of all branches, regional marketing network.
- Responsible for the domestic market advertising, publicity and public relationship work, setting a good public image.
- Organize service work for the whole sales process, and enhance training for salesman of all the levels.
- To compile an suggestion inventory of products improvements from customers, and timely delivery of R & D and quality control departments
- Responsible for assessment, evaluation and management of marketing staff, concern about the life and ideological trends of marketing staff, good patience and meticulous ideological education work for them, putting an end to all kinds of incidents about economic crimes.
- Responsible for timely coordination and communication between all the branches and the different regions, collect newly-opened market information, so that information sharing to maximize benefits;
- Go on a tour of the national market inspections, listen to comments and recommendations of front-line sales staff, and provide timely guidance and assistance.
