Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and transacting key Project Management Office (PMO) processes. The processes include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of databases, project status and performance reporting, and providing project administration and governance support while interfacing effectively across the organization. The responsibilities of this position include working with the PMO staff and key managers in order to effectively provide business services in support of the project management efforts. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Interfacing with PMO for project implementation and control, across project lifecycle from project initiation, throughout development, to product release, in accordance with standards.
- Analysis of project data to determine key performance drivers or special data analysis tasks as requested.
- Responding to unique situations with concise communication on key issues, risks, progress, decisions and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with PMO organization, peers and functional groups to drive best practices and standardize PMO Operations processes.
The Essentials - You Will Have
- you are currently pursuing bachelors or mater degree, graduating in 2026 or later.
- Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English reading and writing.
