ARC Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager with 3+ years of HR experience to join our growing HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a passion for investment banking and international HR to make a significant impact in ARC's growing team.
As the HR Manager for Global Offices, you will be based in Shanghai, working closely with ARC's international teams. You'll have the responsibility of overseeing HR operations for global offices in SEA, MENA, USA, EU, and beyond, ensuring smooth HR operations across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Ops and Advisory:
- Manage HR functions across China and global offices (SEA, MENA, USA).
- Handle complex employee relations and serve as the main HR point of contact for all global offices.
- Develop and implement global HR strategies.
2. Recruitment:
- Lead recruitment efforts for senior-level positions and talent acquisition across global offices.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
3.General HR Support:
- Assist with HR projects, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
- Provide day-to-day HR support and perform other HR-related duties.
Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic HR knowledge; experience in recruitment or HR operations in China is a plus.
- Fluent in English (no Mandarin/Chinese required).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and service-oriented mindset.
