该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities 主要职责 Ownership of E-Mobility BD accounts (ESS makers)  Customer mapping  Identify business opportunities  Define and execute strategy for customer access creation  KPI1: New projects start rate – Project is considered to start when customer is starting validation process  KPI2: New Booked Sales as support during project execution phase Responsible to constantly scan the Market and identify future trends/needs  Future customer value chain  Future battery cell technology  Propose adjustment of the organization to fit customer needs and identify new products requirements to anticipate technology shift(s) Leading ESS team to achieve top customers, e.g Sungrow, Huawei, HTHIUM… Requirements 岗位要求 Hard qualification Better for working experiences in automotive industry/EV, e.g. VW, BMW Daimler & Tesla, SAIC… +5y working experiences, and team management Preferred in strong technical background in EV, e.g TCA & TIM A minimum of 5 years of working experience, commercial related is preferred. Capability of quick learning and working independently, could work under high pressure and complex situation. Competence/skills Project management
