- Data Pipeline Development & Optimization: -Design and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines for batch/real-time processing, ensuring scalability and reliability. -Optimize SQL queries and database performance (e.g., indexing, query refactoring) to reduce latency and resource consumption.
- Data Warehouse Design & Governance: -Architect and maintain layered data warehouses (ODS, DWD, DWS) with dimensional modeling or snowflake schema.

- Technical Skills -Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent coursework). -SQL/Python: Expertise in SQL optimization (e.g. execution plan analysis, indexing) and Python for automation -Tools: Proficient in ETL tools (e.g., Datastage, Kettle, Informatica) and cloud platforms (Azure or etc.). -Databases: Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, Sqlserver, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Soft Skills -Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn. -Good communication skills to collaborate stakeholders and resolve conflicts. -Good at English. -Knowledge in insurance is added advantage.
