该职位来源于猎聘 英文必须流利,可以胜任全英文工作环境 Software Test Engineer, IDE & Toolchain Development (Radar MCU) Department: R&D Engineering > Software Solutions Reports To: Director of Software Solutions Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute automated and manual test cases for IDE tools and application software
- Develop regression, unit, integration, and system-level test strategies
- Test and debug application interfaces and graphical tools for correctness and usability
- Work closely with software engineers to reproduce, track, and resolve defects
- Maintain traceability of software defects and fixes back to requirements and design specifications
- Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing into the software release process
- Document test plans, test results, and quality metrics for management and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Firmware, Systems, Algorithm) to ensure product reliability and performance
- Continuously improving testing processes, frameworks, and tools Skills/Experience Required:
- BSc or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Programming skills in Python and C/C++ for test automation
- Experience with test frameworks, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Linux-based development and debugging environments
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
- Experience with Jira or other issue tracking/project management tools
- Understanding software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) Preferred:
- Experience with software integration testing
- Familiarity with cross-platform software testing considerations
