- Constantly monitor and analyze your customer, in order to identify important changes, opportunity and risks and take the appropriate action in a good time business environment. 持续跟踪并分析既有客户的需求,以求确认执行客户重要的变更,并从中识别机会和风险以及在合适的商务环境下采取恰当的措施。
- Maintain existing customer relationships as a competent partner and expand portfolio by gaining new projects. 维护好既有客户的关系,充当好一个足以胜任的伙伴关系,并积极获取其它项目以扩充快速增长的业务需求。
- From AM perspective, cooperate with sales to develop potential new customers and explore new projects. Customer localization development with global's existing customers. 从AM角度,协同销售开发潜在新客户, 挖掘新项目,集团内现有客户的再次开发并落实本地化。
- Define and implement activities to ensure the necessary customer satisfaction (24-hour feedback control and execution in time) 定义并执行恰当的措施以确保客户的满意度(24小时反馈并执行必要的措施)。
- Process customer inquiries and follow therefore resulting customer offers systematically. 获取客户的报价需求,按照流程指引系统化的进行内部报价核算。
- Prepare kick-off of new products from SAM & GSAM - by clear infor. to the organization - including customer demand, project milestones, quality objectives and product costs. 新项目启动- 用清晰明确的信息传递给内部组织 -包含客户的需求,项目里程碑计划,质量目标和产品成本等。
- Conduct technical (eg. Change Requests) and commercial (eg. Prices, Claims) negotiations during the entire product life cycle with the customer, conclude contracts and ensure the implementation of the agreements in the organization. 引导并执行客户的技术(工程变更)和商务(价格,索赔)谈判,在指定管理的产品生命周期里面,达成商务合同化并确保协议在公司内部的可执行性。
- Plan the sales data (volumes and prices) for the current and next financial year in monthly base Plan the medium-term range (current Year plus 4 years) in annual tranches at product level and keep the current level up-to-date. 以月度为基础的计划及制定今年以及下一年度的销售数据(订单量,销售额)。在以产品层面为基础,计划中期销售目标(当年目标再加未来4年),并保持实时更新。 Requirements 任职要求:
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electrical and Engineering is preferred. 大学本科及以上学历,电子和工程技术相关专业优先。 2. 5 years above working experience in technical/commercial background. 5年以上电子工程技术/商务工作经验
- Knowledge of Contract Law, product costing, cost accounting, budgeting and controlling, investment calculation,
Electronics and EMS manufacturing techniques is advantage. 商务合同及当地法律/法规,产品成本计算,核算,销售成本的预算及控制,产品固定投资的核算, 电子及EMS制造技术背景.
- Sales and negotiation techniques, communication techniques, moderation, De-escalation, project management methods. 销售商务谈判,沟通技巧,克制/缓和技巧,降低客户抱怨,以及项目管理经验。
- Fluent English in speaking and presentation skill. 流利的英语口语交流及出众的表达技巧。
