Position Overview
As a core member of the executive management team, the CFO will take full responsibility for the company's financial strategy, capital operations, and risk management. The role requires proven experience in U.S. or Hong Kong IPOs, strong leadership, and the ability to drive financial excellence to support the company's long-term growth in the intelligent manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Control
Develop and execute the company's overall financial strategy.
- Establish and optimize financial management, budgeting, accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and internal control systems.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights for executive decision-making.
Capital Markets & IPO Management
Lead capital market initiatives, including IPOs in the U.S. or Hong Kong, financing, M&A, and restructuring.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, investors, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency.
Strategic & Business Support
Partner with the CEO and executive team in developing and executing corporate strategy.
- Drive financial-business integration, cost optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
Provide financial support for business model innovation and international expansion in the intelligent manufacturing industry.
Leadership & Team Development
Build and lead a high-performing finance team with strong professionalism and compliance awareness.
- Promote financial digitalization and implement intelligent systems to enhance financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a CFO or Finance Director role at a large enterprise or listed company.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and PRC GAAP; hands-on experience with U.S. or Hong Kong IPOs is a must.
- Proven track record in capital operations, corporate financing, and risk management.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in intelligent manufacturing or high-tech manufacturing industries is a strong plus.
