Key Responsibilities

DC Operations Management
Lead operational excellence in 3 Chinese DCs, including warehouse management, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity.
Implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Transportation Coordination
Manage inbound/outbound logistics for finished goods, selecting carriers and optimizing routes for cost and efficiency.
Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, freight costs) and resolve transportation disruptions proactively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement) to align logistics with demand forecasts.
Team Leadership
Develop and mentor local DC and transport teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive digitalization initiatives (e.g., TMS/WMS adoption) to streamline operations.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in logistics, with 5+ years in DC/transportation management in China.
Skills: Proficiency in SAP/Oracle WMS, strong analytical abilities, and negotiation expertise with 3PL providers.
Language: Fluent in English (written/spoken) and Mandarin.
Education: Bachelor's degree
