工作职责:
You will be a member of a global leading company in the aerospace industry and have a chance to become familiar with talent management strategy and daily operation.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Support Talent Management and Training team to define and deliver business oriented people development solutions (including policies, processes and tools) to internal customers in alignment with business and HR strategy by involving all stakeholders in area of responsibility.
Support training organization to ensure the smooth deployment of trainings, ie. room set-up, training materials preparation etc.
Support trainer management, close communication with trainers on trip arrangement.
Innovatively coordinate and support organizing internal People Development activities, i.e. Newcomer Orientation, and other culture change activities.
Design communication materials on relevant activities, including email, posters, and presentations etc.

QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: Current enrolment in the Bachelor's/ Masters'/ MBA program program, major in Marketing, Communication, HR, Business Management preferred.
LANGUAGE: Fluent English both in written and oral speaking
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Experience with MS Office/Google Workspace, especially on PowerPoint/Google Slide.
ABILITIES: Good communication skills; detail oriented; public speaking skill; creative and have experience in organizing learning activities is a plus;
