Essential Functions and Responsibilities 职责描述:
- 1内部培训体系与课程开发 / Internal Training System & Curriculum Development
- 协助培训经理搭建针对内部员工的心血管介入领域的专业培训体系,开发及优化培训课程(包括疾病疗法、手术操作规范、临床实践指导等),确保内容符合行业标准及公司战略需求。
Assist the training manager in building a professional training system for internal employees in the cardiovascular intervention field, developing and optimizing training courses (including disease therapies, surgical operation standards, clinical practice guidelines, etc.), ensuring content aligns with industry standards and company strategic needs.
- 负责冠脉新员工的产品知识、销售技能培训,以及新产品推广培训,覆盖销售与非销售团队。
Conduct product knowledge and sales skills training for new coronary team members, as well as new product launch training, covering both sales and non-sales teams.
- 协助开发培训材料、工具及在线学习平台(如培训宝)的功能更新与资料维护。
Support the development of training materials, tools, and updates/maintenance of online learning platforms (e.g., Training Bao).
- 2内部培训计划与执行 / Internal Training Planning & Execution
- 制定并落实销售及临床培训计划,跟踪培训执行情况,完成效果评估及学员反馈分析。
Develop and implement sales and clinical training plans, monitor execution, and conduct post-training evaluations and feedback analysis.
- 组织并实施医院见习实践管理,收集见习报告、FST工作数据,建立培训档案等。
Organize and manage hospital internship programs, collect见习reports and FST work data, and maintain training records.
- 统筹培训前筹备工作(如物料、样品、礼品管理)及考试题库的更新维护。
Coordinate pre-training preparations (e.g., materials, samples, gifts) and update/maintain exam question banks.
- 3外部培训教育活动与项目管理 / External Training & Project Management
- 协助策划及执行针对医护的培训教育活动(如专家研讨会、手术直播、国际/国内会议),协调跨部门及外部资源(医院、学会、KOL)。
Assist in planning and executing healthcare professional training events (e.g., expert workshops, live surgeries, international/domestic conferences), coordinating cross-departmental and external resources (hospitals, associations, KOLs).
- 参与跨国或跨区域教育项目的全程管理,包括规划、进度跟踪、质量评估及成果总结。
Participate in end-to-end management of cross-country/regional education projects, including planning, progress tracking, quality assessment, and outcome reporting.

- 统计培训数据(如学员表现、FST工时等),生成可视化报告以支持决策优化。
Analyze training data (e.g., trainee performance, FST hours) and generate visual reports to support decision-making.

Ensure training activities comply with medical industry regulations and company policies.
资质
Qualifications 任职资格:
- Education 学历要求:本科及以上学历,医学、生物医学工程、护理学或相关专业优先,熟悉心血管介入领域知识及器械应用者优先。
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine, biomedical engineering, nursing or related majors, familiar with cardiovascular intervention knowledge and device application is preferred.
- Experience 工作经验:2年以上医疗行业培训、销售、学术推广或项目管理经验,心血管介入领域背景者优先。
More than 2 years of experience in medical industry training, sales, academic promotion, or project management, with a background in cardiovascular intervention preferred.
Skills 工作技能:
- 语言能力--英语流利(CET-6或同等以上),能独立完成国际会议协调及跨国项目的英文沟通。
Language proficiency: Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent), able to independently coordinate international conferences and communicate in English for cross-border projects.
- 经验技能: 具备培训体系搭建、课程开发及学术活动执行经验,擅长议程设计、讲者管理及线上线下会务协调者优先。
Experience in training system development, curriculum design, and academic event execution. Proficiency in agenda planning, speaker management, and hybrid event coordination is preferred.
- 优秀的跨部门协作与外部关系维护能力,能高效对接临床专家、供应商及内部团队。
Excellent cross departmental collaboration and external relationship maintenance skills, able to efficiently connect with clinical experts, suppliers, and internal teams.
- 有跨国公司或大型医疗器械企业工作经验者优先。
Work experience in multinational corporations or large medical device companies is preferred.

Adapt to high-frequency business trips (domestic and international), have strong stress resistance, and can flexibly respond to project emergencies.

Proficient in using collaboration tools such as Office and Zoom/Teams, with the ability to analyze data and visualize reports.
