Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Vision:
Develop the overall offline retail strategy, including store format concepts, location strategy, customer journey mapping, and long-term financial modeling. - End-to-End Execution:
Lead the entire store launch process—from initial concept and real estate negotiation to construction, visual merchandising, grand opening, and ongoing operations. - P&L Ownership:
Take full responsibility for the Profit & Loss statement of the retail division. Drive sales, manage budgets, control operational costs, and maximize store profitability. - Team Building & Leadership:
Hire, train, and inspire the founding team of retail managers and associates. Foster a culture of excellence, customer obsession, and brand advocacy. - Customer Experience:
Design and implement a service philosophy and operational standards that deliver a seamless, engaging, and memorable brand experience for every customer. - Vendor & Partner Management:
Build and manage relationships with key partners, including landlords, architects, construction firms, and technology vendors. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure a cohesive brand strategy and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in retail management, with a significant portion in a leadership role within a premium or lifestyle brand.
- Must have direct, verifiable experience in the end-to-end process of opening a new retail location.
- Must have full P&L responsibility experience for a store or multi-store region.
- Experience in consumer electronics, technology, or a related fast-paced consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
