该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary Lead sourcing activities including new project development, market analysis, supplier negotiations, identification of cost savings opportunities, and also need to focus on the supply security as well as the projects which will drive process improvement for the sourcing organization. Other position responsibilities include the support of sourcing managers and functional directors in the execution of key category level strategies and overall supplier performance measurement. This position may manage material categories with an estimated annual spend between $0 - $50M. Essential Functions
- Lead and support sourcing activities and market analysis for new project development
- Provide analytical and process improvement support to corporate sourcing group up to and including data analysis, internal reporting and overall process improvement recommendations.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding sourcing activities and market status.
- Strategy management on material categories
- Assist Sourcing Managers managing SAP, Coupa and other sourcing systems.
- Lead and participate in lean six sigma initiatives as assigned.
- This position will offer the opportunity to obtain LSS certification.
- Must be able to make logical and sound decisions working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Flexible on business trip
- Other projects / duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, prefer experience in sourcing or Supply chain
- MBA preferred Additional Qualifications
- PMP, CPSM Certified will be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work equally effectively as leader or as part of a team
- Extensive experience in collaborating with multiple sites and functions with strong communication skills
- Analytical and structured and be able to influence change management
- Result-orientated, performance management capability
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
