1.Responsible for completing the interior project (new stores and remodeled stores) in KPI design plan, conducting site surveys of the company's newly opened stores, completing the plan and the entire set of construction drawings and renderings and have knowledge and experience in construction technology, fire regulation and related design specifications.
2.Participate / assist for the design development for and the trial for the special, concept and bidding store project.
3.Implement store design in accordance with Costa design standard and provide necessary management guidance for design agency ensuring stores are delivered on time, cost and quality.
4.Provide cross-function support as required for the delivery of the Costa store such as design requests, plan approval, budgetary review, RFI, design directives, change management, defect and quality assurance.
5.Management and vetting of franchise store design consistency and compliance in accordance to Costa brand identity and design standard in respect to floor planning, counter layout, BOH placement, FOH zoning, circulation, furniture selection, application of feature elements, material, lighting, colour pallet, brand awareness and customer experience.
6.Participate / assist the design development and design execution for the new growth platform such as PTS model, Express model etc.
7.Management and vetting of PTS & Express model design consistency and compliance in accordance to Costa brand identity and design standard.
Experience/Knowledge
1.Experienced in working in a retail/leisure environment with a high volume of projects.
years interior experiences in delivering fast track/high volume 'shop fit' units either client or project team side.
3.A track record of innovation & to be able to demonstrate drive & a desire to make a difference.
4.Ability to solve problems quickly and act quickly to tasks.Ability to multi-tasking.
Skills/Competencies
1.Related major in interior or architecture with Bachelor degree.
2.Good effective communicator (both written and verbal) and decision maker
3.Mastery of core industry software (office suite, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop) and presentation software (powerpoint)
4.A self-starter but must also be a team player.
