Job Overview

Recruit a results-driven Sales Head to lead the burner equipment sales team. Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue, expand market share (covering boiler heating, chemical industry, steel smelting, etc.), lead 2 team members, report to the General Manager, and align sales goals with company business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies for burner equipment to meet annual sales targets and profit margins.

  • Lead, coach and manage 2 sales staff: set KPIs, provide feedback, and support professional development.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors and partners in the burner equipment field.

  • Research market trends and competitors, adjust sales approaches to maintain competitiveness.

  • Collaborate with R&D, Production teams to ensure burner equipment solutions meet customer needs and resolve sales issues.

  • Prepare sales reports (forecasts, performance analysis) and present to the General Manager.

  • Participate in key sales activities: major client contract negotiation, industry exhibitions, burner equipment promotion.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.

  • 8+ years of sales experience in burner equipment/thermal equipment industry, with 3+ years of team management experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of burner equipment (performance, applications) and regional market dynamics.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performance sales teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to interact with customers, internal teams and senior management.

  • Strong strategic thinking and adaptability to market changes; proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages (German/Chinese) preferred.
