We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh CMT team. This role will be based in Tianjin.
We Will Count On You To
- Business and Requirements Analysis: Assist the team in liaising with clients on insurance business scenarios, identify pain points in business processes, and translate them into clear, actionable digital requirement documents (PRD).
 - System Design and Implementation Support: Participate in discussions on the architecture design of client insurance systems, assist in module decomposition, interface definition, and related tasks; follow up on the entire process of system design, development, testing, and deployment to ensure progress and quality.
 - System Integration and Maintenance: Assist in the integration and debugging of insurance systems with third-party platforms (such as client internal systems, external risk control systems/regulatory reporting systems, etc.), resolving technical issues during integration; collaborate with the team on daily system operations and troubleshooting.
 - Documentation and Communication Collaboration: Organize system design documents, integration manuals, operation guides, and other materials; maintain efficient communication with clients, development teams, and testing teams to synchronize project progress and requirement changes.

 - 系统设计与实施支持:参与客户保险系统的架构设计讨论,协助完成模块拆分、接口定义等工作;跟进系统设计、开发、测试及上线全流程,确保实施进度与质量。
 - 系统对接与维护:协助完成保险系统与第三方平台(如客户内部系统、外部风控系统/监管报送系统等)的对接调试,解决对接过程中的技术问题;配合团队进行系统日常运维与问题排查。
 - 文档与沟通协作:整理系统设计文档、对接手册、操作指南等资料;保持与客户、开发团队、测试团队的高效沟通,同步项目进展与需求变更。
 
What You Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Information Management or other IT-related fields is preferred.
 - Possess IT technology and knowledge, understand system development processes (such as waterfall, agile), be familiar with development languages (Java, Python, etc.) and databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.), and have an understanding of the implementation of system software and hardware.
 - Those who understand the basic business logic of the insurance industry (such as underwriting, claims settlement, and risk control), or have relevant project experience in the insurance system (including internships), will be given priority for employment.
 - Possess excellent logical thinking and communication and coordination skills, and be able to quickly understand business requirements.

 - 能力素质:具备良好的逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力,能快速理解业务需求;服从工作安排、有较好的团队协作意识,认真负责踏实肯干、能承受一定的工作压力。
