工作职责
Client Consultation & Sales Conversion: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted IMS consultant for prospective clients, conducting detailed consultations to understand their medical history, needs, and expectations. Perform deep needs analysis and leverage extensive medical knowledge to design and present personalized international medical service solutions. Drive the entire front-end sales cycle: from initial inquiry, through education and solutioning, to successful conversion and signing of service or internal referral to other UFH services. Continuously research international treatment advancements, hospital specialties, and physician profiles to provide cutting-edge, authoritative advice. Attend events with customers and prospects to introduce IMS and cultivate relationships Service Quality Supervision: Directly supervise Case Manager, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the highest standard of patient coordination and service delivery Oversee and audit the quality of the entire patient journey, from initial intake to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring consistency and excellence Operational & Administrative Tasks: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team on lead generation efforts, such as generating patient stories, managing Wechat Moment posts, and promoting services both within and outside the hospital Collaborate closely with channels on patient needs Perform essential ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth service line functioning, including database maintenance, market research, customer survey, complex schedule coordination, process optimization, and problem-solving for logistical challenges.

Must have: Consultative Sales & Client Management Skills: Proven experience in a client-facing role Exceptional ability in consultative selling: adept at active listening, empathy, needs discovery, and presenting complex solutions clearly. Strong ability to build rapport with a diverse, often high-net-worth, clientele. A track record of meeting or exceeding targets for patient conversion or service adoption. Medical Knowledge & Research Acumen: Demonstrated passion for research. Must be able to research, synthesize, and explain information on international treatment protocols, hospital specialties, and physician expertise. Strong writing and presentation skills to create compelling and clear patient plans. International & Cultural Fluency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential for communicating with patients, colleagues, and foreign institutions Experience working in a multi-cultural environment; international work experience is a significant advantage.
