Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead project initiation, requirement gathering, task breakdown, and timeline planning
  • Schedule timelines and resources, continuously track progress and risks, and proactively resolve issues
  • Facilitate regular meetings (daily stand-ups, weekly meetings, retrospectives), prepare agendas and meeting minutes
  • Document and manage requirements, action items, owners, and follow up on execution progress
  • Maintain project management tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, and progress reports
  • Act as a communication bridge between teams and cross-functional departments, coordinating collaboration and removing project bottlenecks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software or digital project management; technical background preferred
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing), able to collaborate with overseas teams and handle English documentation
  • Familiar with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  • Skilled in task decomposition, resource scheduling, and Gantt chart planning, with strong execution capability and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, with effective time and progress management abilities
