61 Execute the chained workshop development with cooperating business model via distributor or direct business

Main Accountabilities 61 Manage regional after-market business of automotive/industry- based on Aftermarket Marketing & Sales Strategy and requirement by senior sales manager. 61 Take sensitive plans and actions to meet the sales and margin target. 61 Identify sales opportunities in target customers, develop sales plan. 61 Establish and manage the distributor network to develop and correspond target business segment, as well as execution on the customer group and chained workshop 61 Feedback the market information, competitors' activity etc., accurate forecast monthly, quarterly, annual revenues. 61 Take product and technical training for customer periodically and compatibly, solve the problems independently and efficiently to satisfy the customers.

61 New project and market development. 61 Cooperate with accounting Dept. on money collection, credit reviews. 61 Actively participate and cooperate with company marketing activities like promotions, exhibitions. 61 Expense control. 61 Responsible for all environmental health and safety management systems in the department; 61 Ensure that necessary resources and personnel are provided within the department for the operation of the system 61 Ensure that the personnel authorized by the HSE Management System have the appropriate qualifications 61 Be responsible for all EHS related work in the department. 61 Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site's safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas 61 Sales/Margin 61 Market coverage (access to customer group/workshop chain) Internal & External Working Relationships Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) Education/Major: Diploma of junior college or above in related field. Experiences: More than 5 years working experience of sales in the automotive/industry aftermarket.With customer management experience in distributor/workshop
