该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责: 1. 配合客户经理,充分了解项目需求,并带领团队,进行项目策略方案制定; 2. 管理项目进度,保持与相关部门的沟通; 3. 管理至少两个客户,并支持新业务的发展; 4. 协助项目负责人进行日常稿件撰写及编辑处理,参与项目策划、项目创意等核心工作。 任职要求: 1. 本科以上学历,公共关系、新媒体、广告等相关专业优先; 2. 至少3年专业公共关系咨询公司、社会化(新媒体)营销、广告等相关行业工作经验; 3. 具备优秀的文案写作能力,流利的英语沟通写作能力,有留学或交换经验优先; 4. 有项目管理和客户关系处理经验,有独立沟通,策划能力; 5. 人际沟通技巧和时间管理能力强,有创造性,做事结果导向并善于学习。 Competency
- Cooperate with the account manager to fully understand the project requirements and lead the team to make the project strategy
- Manage project progress and maintain communication with relevant departments
- Manage at least two accounts and support the development of new business
- Assisted the project leader in daily manuscript writing, and participated in the core work of project planning and project creativity. Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, public relations, new media, advertising and related majors are preferred
- At least 3 years working experience in related industries such as professional PR consulting company, social (new media) marketing, advertising, etc.
- Excellent writing skills, fluent English communication skills (studying abroad or exchanging experience is preferred)
- Have experience in project management and customer relationship management, and have independent communication and planning ability
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, time management, creative, results-oriented and willing to learn.
