该职位来源于猎聘 主要工作职责: o Study and feature development with Ford internal request team and supplier. o Run feature and/or functions sign-off (vehicle and bench level) based upon feature/function test case and(or) specification. o Necessary travel to Ford/CAF plant for on-site technical support/vehicle level validation. o Issue/bug collection and self-management, issue tracking until closure with clear investigation progress, root cause and action plan. o Summary and report to Ford for each round validation with required details. o Log bugs/improvement items into JIRA and track with two software suppliers. o Coordinate cross-function team if required for any issue investigation/solution. o Support each Ford production owners' daily work when required. o Support extra time working in weekend when required. o Follow-up with supplier's test team, RD team and internal development team for issue tracking until closure. 能力与技能: o OEM Launch support/System testing/RD background is required o EOL tool (e.g. VCATS) familiar is required o CAN & Eth knowledge/tool familiar is required o Body &Zonal system/Connectivity system/Infotainment system/Harness requirement/development/test/debug skill is preferred o Good English communication skill is preferred
