Team Leader - Logistic & Process

Job Responsibilities
- Understand the applicable policies, regulations, and technical standards for oversized cargo transportation, along with industry developments. Participate throughout the product development lifecycle (e.g., wind turbines and energy storage systems) and transport tooling design. Provide well-founded logistics requirements from both technical and cost perspectives to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness in logistics.
- Understand the logistics characteristics and quality standards of the company's products, as well as real-world logistics scenarios. Collaborate effectively across departments within the R&D system, including product platforms, turbine and component engineers, tooling engineers, process engineers, and quality teams. Communicate logistics process concepts clearly and lead the resolution of logistics risks and quality planning at the model level.
- Understand the capabilities of transportation vehicles and vessels for oversized cargo and develop appropriate logistics processes tailored to different products and project needs. Coordinate internal logistics resources and external support from R&D and delivery teams to plan, design, and validate logistics processes.
- Understand the end-to-end flow of domestic and international logistics operations. Manage the interface between product development and logistics requirements, optimize logistics needs and product design based on their characteristics, and enhance competitiveness in delivery timelines, quality, and cost.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
or above in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Design, Transportation Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Maritime Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of
5 years
of relevant industry experience. Preference for candidates with backgrounds in mechanical design, logistics process development, or international logistics project management. - Fluent
English and Mandarin
communication skills, both written and verbal, are preferred. - Experience in
oversized cargo transportation
within the
wind energy sector
is an advantage. - Familiarity with
Product Development Team (PDT) process management
is preferred. - Experience in managing the
development of large-scale electromechanical products
is preferred. - Familiarity with the processes and technical requirements of oversized logistics transportation, as well as project management and product development management
