该职位来源于猎聘 Main Activities:

一、

  • 新产品导入协调New Product Introduction Coordination:
  • 领导和管理GT集团全球工厂新产品的端到端引进。
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end introduction of new products across GT Group's global plants.

与跨职能和跨国界团队(研发,工程,质量,供应链,采购等)合作,确保从设计到生产的顺利过渡。

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams (R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, …) to ensure smooth transition from design to production.

制定并维护项目时间表,确保项目按期完成。

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.

二、过程文件和风险管理Process Documentation & Risk Management
识别项目开发过程中潜在的工艺风险。

  • Identify potential process risks during project development. 安排过程失效模式和影响分析(PFMEA)的评审,以识别和减轻这些潜在风险。

Arrange the review of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify and mitigate these potential risks.

与跨职能团队一起创建和审查控制计划,以确保关键质量特征在整个生产过程中得到监控和控制。

  • Create and review with cross-functional team the Control Plans to ensure critical quality characteristics are monitored and controlled throughout manufacturing.

三、项目评估及可行性评估Project Evaluation & Feasibility Assessment

  • 参与项目前期评估,分析产品设计的可制造性、成本效率和可扩展性(根据项目需要提供生产线的投资报价和人工成本)
  • Participate in early-stage project evaluations, analyzing product designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency and scalability (Provide investment quotation and labor cost for production line according to project needs)

提供技术建议以优化生产流程,重点关注高质量,自动化潜力和精益生产原则。

  • Provide technical recommendations to optimize production processes, focusing on high quality, automation potential and lean manufacturing principles.
  • 识别生产中的潜在风险并提出缓解策略。
  • Identify potential risks in production and propose mitigation strategies.

四、Process Optimization & Standardization开发/引进和验证新的工艺技术,直到成功量产。

  • Develop/Introduce and validate new process technology until successful mass production. 定义并领导验证计划(DOE, MSA,…)。 Define and lead the validation plan (DOE, MSA, …). 解决工艺验证过程中出现的问题,协调资源及时解决问题。

Resolve issues during process validation and coordinate resources for timely solutions.

与工厂团队合作,使不同生产地点的最合适实践标准化。

  • Work with plant teams to standardize best practices across different manufacturing locations.

支持持续改进计划以提高生产力并减少浪费。

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

五、利益相关方沟通Stakeholder Communication

  • 作为GT集团内不同工程、制造和产品开发团队之间的主要联络人。
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the different engineering, manufacturing, and product development teams inside the GT group.
  • 主持定期的项目会议(中英文),同步进度,消除信息差距,确保不同团队之间的一致性,同时解决文化差异或时区造成的协作挑战,以提高沟通效率。
  • Lead regular project meetings (in English and Chinese), synchronize progress, eliminate information gaps, and ensure alignment between the different team while addressing collaboration challenges caused by cultural differences or time zones to improve communication efficiency.

Profile

  • 本科或以上学历,机械工程,电气/电机工程或相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Motor Engineering, or related fields.

2.5年以上制造业工艺开发经验,有技术/生产从国内转移到海外的成功案例; 5+ years of process development experience in manufacturing, with successful cases of technology/production transfers from domestic to overseas factories; 3.熟悉整个转移流程(评估-计划-实施-验证)。

familiar with the full transfer process (assessment-planning-implementation-verification).

  • 机械/电子行业的技术背景(例如,能够阅读图纸并了解生产流程),有电机相关产品经验者优先。 Technical background in mechanical/electronics industries (e.g., able to read drawings and understand production processes), experience in motor-related products is preferred. 有墨西哥或拉丁美洲市场工作经验者优先。

Experience in Mexico or Latin American markets is a plus.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and quality standards.

Hands-on experience in developing PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions and Process Flow Diagrams.

Familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) methodologies.

  • pmp认证优先考虑(项目管理、分析和解决问题的能力)。 PMP certification is a plus. (Project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills).
  • 熟练使用CAD, ERP系统和精益/六西格玛方法优先考虑。

Proficiency in CAD, ERP systems and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

  • 良好的英语沟通能力(西班牙语能力优先)

Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills in Spanish are advantageous). 

  • 熟练使用Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project等办公软件。 Proficiency in office software skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project. 了解ERP系统。

Understands ERP system.

Strong cross-cultural communication, organizational, stress management, and problem-solving skills.

  • 接受每年至少一次出国旅行(2周~ 1个月) Readiness to travel abroad at least once a year (2 weeks ~ 1 month)
