The HRBP at JSS Corporate HR function acts as a strategic partner to management and employees in Global Functions, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, focusing on workforce planning, upskilling, and succession planning to ensure the organization is future-ready.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support business objectives, advise management on necessary actions.
- Partner with global CoE teams, take lead on Global HR projects, facilitate various activities on talent review, succession planning, training and development for Global employees to improve their morale, skill, competency and performance.
- Partner with Regional HR recruitment teams to attract and acquire right talents, participate in the screening and interviewing process for Global resources as needed. Oversee on-boarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Implement and manage performance systems to ensure employees deliver expected results, meet business objectives. Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to enhance performance and development.
- Identify IDP needs and work with the Talent Management team to create and implement developmental initiatives.
- Monitor workforce trends, analyze and report on HR metrics, provide insights to senior management to drive informed decision-making.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, providing coaching, guidance and support.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Above 8 years of experiences in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations.
- Experiences in Manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
