Responsible for all quality topics in the production.
*What You'll Be Doing*
Plan, implement and maintain the quality on the shopfloor
Handle daily quality challenges in production to ensure the planned production can be realized
Develope quality documentation to support analysis and improvement of production quality performance, such as FMEA, control plan, flow chart, RCCA, gap/problem troubleshoot, etc.
Train & guide QC/operator for quality standards, quality tools and working instruction to ensure that they understand and implement properly according to quality requirements
Supervise and instruct QC/operator in the process of the incoming inspection, in-process inspection and out-going inspection to comply with quality standard requirement
Work with production & FAC to resolve customer quality complaints and implement improvement actions
Communicate with headquarter quality team about quality topics and improvement possibilities, make alignment with headquarter quality standard and requirement
Coordinate calibration of test and measurement facilities
*What We're Looking For*
University degree in power electronics or automation control related major
Basic knowledge in power semiconductor device
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing quality engineering control; experience in multinational company is preferred
Experience in using SPC, FMEA, MSA, control plan, PPAP quality tools and etc.
Familiar with ISO9001, VDA6.3 etc. quality standards and requirement; experience in UL is preferred
Fluent in writing and speaking English/Mandarin
Good PC office software skill
Good communication skill, team work spirit, cooperative and initiative character is preferred
