- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Experience in solution selling and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong product demonstration skills
- Sales certifications are preferred
- Industry-specific knowledge in software, hardware, or relevant technology sectors
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
