该职位来源于猎聘 The aftermarket Program Management Specialist is set to work with APAC Program Management Manager to coordinate product development and project execution assistance activities. This position is created to enhance the fast growth of business in the China-APAC region as well as the execution of the company's 2030 new vision.
Responsibilities
- Maintain smooth communication and coordination of project execution & New Entry/Backup development with all relevant functions in terms of marketing, engineering, purchasing, quality, and logistics.
- Asist organizing platform meetings & project meetings, make meeting minutes by integrating, summarizing the project & product development information.
- Responsible for the maintenance of platform documents and reports.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of platform templates and processes.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager. Qualifications:
Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering/Project management/Marketing;
- 3 years of experience in Project Management/Engineering/Marketing in automotive and manufacturing industries with MNCs;
- Proactive attitude and work ethic, self-motivated;
- Good communication skills and team player;
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Knowledge and Skills (general and technical)
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Microsoft Office Tools (advanced skills in excel and PPT, MS Project is a plus)
