Description
As an AWS Sr. BD Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology.
Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in China. The candidate should possess a sales management background that enables them to lead a team of sale representatives with engagements at the CXO level.
You will also serve as a key member of AWS Greater China Region Leadership Team, shaping the growth strategy for AWS GCR.
Key job responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
 - Drive revenue in a defined customer cohort
 - Hire and build out a high performing BD team.
 - Develop and execute against a regional sales plan.
 - Accelerate customer adoption.
 - Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
 - Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
 - Manage contract negotiations.
 - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
 - Expect moderate travel.
 
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
 - 5+ years of sales management experience
 - Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent
 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
