About the Role
: This position is based in Mainland China with on-site working mode. Occasional international travel may be required.
Responsibilities
:
- Design and optimize technical solutions for solar PV power plant projects at an early stage, including module layout, inverter selection, primary and secondary electrical system design, etc.
- Prepare technical documentation, construction drawings, and design specifications compliant with national, international, and industry standards.
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies for projects, providing professional recommendations for cost, efficiency, and safety improvements.
- Provide on-site technical support during project implementation and assist in resolving technical issues arising in design, construction, and commissioning.
- Participate in project acceptance and quality evaluation to ensure the power plant meets expected generation performance and safety requirements.
- Keep track of global PV technology trends and continuously optimize design solutions to enhance system performance and project feasibility.
Qualifications
:
- Associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in PV power plant design or related projects; familiarity with PV system design processes and standards.
Required Skills
:
- Proficiency in PV design software such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, etc.
- Knowledge of PV plant electrical system design and integration, with an understanding of relevant international standards.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to independently resolve on-site technical issues.
- Good English reading and writing skills; ability to handle technical documents in English is preferred.
