:

  • New business Volume & Revenue for GCA
  • Lead Performance & Conversion Rates
  • Customer Satisfaction (NPS) for newly acquired customers

Required Competencies:

  • 15-20 years of experience in industry with local market expertise
  • Strategic business development and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
  • Advanced coaching and leadership
