该职位来源于猎聘 Brief Description (Objectives of This Position) This role requires a confident, highly motivated and committed legal professional with the aptitude and ability to learn quickly to support ENNOVI's business and operations in China.
The successful candidate will function as a legal generalist and will be required to work collaboratively with members of the ENNOVI Legal Team to provide legal and compliance support to ENNOVI.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities General Legal Support and Advisory. Conduct legal research and render professional legal advice and support to all areas of the business in China.
Contract Review.
Draft, review, advise and negotiate contracts (including non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent/term sheets, financing related agreements, supply of goods and services agreements, procurement of materials and manufacturing equipment agreements, software licensing agreements, IT services agreement and lease agreements) that may be governed by the laws of a foreign jurisdiction. Corporate. Provide legal support on general corporate matters and strategic transactions.
Risk Management.
Identify and manage legal risks in contracts and, operations, and engage with all internal stakeholders. Claims and Disputes Handling. Assist in investigating, defending and where appropriate, negotiating claims. Compliance.
Render advice on compliance with ENNOVI policies and work with internal stakeholders to ensure that legal, regulatory and contractual obligations are met. Training. Conduct legal, compliance and risk management training to internal stakeholders. Management of external counsel. Manage relationships with external counsel as approved by the General Counsel.
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, admitted to PRC Bar Working Experiences Required:
- Minimum 10 years of inhouse (in multinational companies) and/or top-tier law firm (litigation practice) experience, with extensive hands-on working experience in relevant legal and compliance areas. Experience in both inhouse and law firm would be an advantage
- Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry would be an advantage Key Knowledge and Skills:
- Mandarin and English proficiency (business-level) is required
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong overall computer skills, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Key Competencies:
- Strong negotiation skills with transaction management experience
- Ability to provide practical guidance and legal solutions to all internal stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Organized, able to multi-task and prioritize, and work well under pressure in an intensely timeline-oriented and multi-cultural team environment
- Willing to work flexible hours (this role requires collaboration with colleagues in different time zones)
