工作职责:
- Project Initiation
Review and validate sales order documentation, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.
Act as the central point of contact for the customer post-sales handover.
Participate in internal and customer kick-off meetings to align expectations and responsibilities.
Define and document the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Planning & Coordination
Create detailed project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools.
Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and service departments.
Coordinate internally with other Business Units and subsidiaries e.g. FS, PT, KPS.
Ensure on-time manufacturing, delivery, and AMO service scheduling.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.
- Execution & Monitoring
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines, budget, and scope.
Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on project status.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or costs, and handle necessary approvals.
Ensure documentation, approvals, and compliance with regulatory or customer-specific requirements.
- Customer Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the customer's main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and status updates.
Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
Build trust-based relationships to foster long-term customer satisfaction.
- Delivery, Commissioning & Handover
Coordinate site readiness checks, shipping logistics, and on-site installation and commissioning planning.
Ensure all equipment is installed, commissioned, and tested according to Krones standards.
Oversee final acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) and ensure a smooth handover to the customer.
Ensure proper documentation, training, and operational handover are completed.
- Project Closure
Conduct project review and close-out meetings with both internal teams and the customer.
Document lessons learned and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure accurate financial closure and invoicing of the project.
任职条件:
- Experience working with turnkey machinery/line projects in the food & beverage or packaging industries.
- Familiarity with ERP/project tools (e.g., SAP, CPM, MS Project).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
