Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for innovation and differentiation innovation related to standalone large oven products, ensuring the rationality and reliability of product structure, etc.;
Responsible for tackling bottleneck issues, solving structural and performance problems encountered during the R&D process, and considering modular design for core functional modules;
Develop a three-year platform plan for oven products and promote its implementation.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree or above;
Major: Mechanical, Automation, Fluid Mechanics, or other related engineering disciplines;
Over 8 years of experience in structural design for home appliances, consumer electronics, or similar products. Experience in mass production product development and home appliance product development is preferred;
Proficient in material properties and structural design techniques for plastic and sheet metal components; familiar with injection mold design and related manufacturing processes;
Excellent problem-solving skills, user-oriented product design thinking, strong communication, coordination, and project management abilities, a strong sense of teamwork, resilience under pressure, and a pragmatic and responsible attitude;
Proficient in English for work-related communication.
