- 2+ Years Workday full lifecycle implementation for global organisations
- Work across at least 3 modules such as Employee Core, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Analytics, etc. HCM product certifications are a plus.
- Deep understanding of HR processes (recruiting, performance management, compliance) and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Exhibit analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate strong project management capabilities to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Adapt quickly to changes and maintain a can-do attitude in ambiguous situations.
- Experience in integration with other systems (Payroll systems) and data migration is a plus
- Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to collaborate with global teams across varying time zones
