[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: Talent LAIT-house: AI-Powered Talent Profile Application Objectives - The project aims to build comprehensive talent profiles , provide interactive and intelligent recommendations for personalized job opportunities and skill development , and empower managers and HR with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Ultimately, these efforts will reduce talent gaps, automate reporting, and cultivate a future-ready workforce. Main Tasks: 1. AI-Powered Talent Analytics & Profiling: - Support data consolidation and ingestion of unstructured data from sources like employee CVs - Use AI algorithms and data extraction techniques to create comprehensive digital talent profiles and identify skill gaps - Assist in designing and testing AI-driven workflows for talent analysis and personalized recommendations on the Dify platform 2. Interactive Dashboard Development: - Develop intuitive and user-friendly dashboards in PowerBI to visualize talent profiles, skill maps, and succession plans - Present analytics in a visually compelling way to support employees, managers, and HR 3. Project Support & User Testing: - Contribute to the workflow design and proof-of-concept development - Participate in key user testing to gather feedback and ensure the validity of dashboard functionality and recommendations Key Qualifications: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data, analytics, and data visualization - Experience with building dashboards in PowerBI or a similar BI tool is necessary - Experience with or strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data analysis using tools like Python is a strong plus - Familiarity with or willingness to learn LLM application platforms (e.g., Dify) is highly desirable - A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Education: Major: Data Analysis, AI, BI, CS
