Job Responsibilities
- Develop data processing programs and systems based on C++.
- Implement new feature and data requirements from researchers.
- Operate and maintain data pipelines.
- Optimize the performance of data systems.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in C++ development (C++11 or above).
- Solid programming fundamentals, familiarity with performance tuning and common design patterns, and strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Proficient in developing multithreaded and network applications on Linux platforms, with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects.
- Familiar with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including SQL query writing and performance optimization.
Bonus Points
- Ability to read and communicate in English, including understanding data specifications from international vendors.
- Familiarity with Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Cython.
- Experience in financial data processing.
- Experience in web scraping development.
