  • Conduct Audits执行审核工作
  • Conduct onsite and or remote ESG (environmental, social and governance) management system audit of the minerals supplier (i.e. mining companies, minerals processors, cathode, anode and or battery producers) in China and overseas. Conduct minerals supply chain due diligence audit based on OECD Due Diligence Guidance and or international standards, 为客户对其产品含有的矿产供应链主体进行现场和远程审核,内容涉及环境、社会、治理相关的管理体系,以及尽职调查(或尽责管理)审核。
  • Audit standards include but not limited to: RBA Code, ETI Code, ILO conventions, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO14064, ISO14067, RJC (Code of Practices, Chain-of-Custody), IRMA, Copper mark (Joint Due Diligence Standard, Chain-of-Custody, Risk Readiness Assessment), LBMA (for gold and silver), LPPM (for platinum group metals), etc. 社会和环境风险的审核标准包括但不限于:RBA, ETI/SMETA, 国际劳工组织公约,ISO标准,以及RJC、IRMA、Coppermark、LBMA、LPPM等行业标准。

  • Complete high quality audit reporting with clear audit findings, observations and supporting evidence.

Key Qualifications关键资质

  • Bachelor degree and Major in environment, law, metallurgy, sustainable development, and etc. 学士学位或同等学历;专业为环境、法律、冶金、可持续发展等。
  • At least 5 years audit experience and minimum 100 audits as a lead auditor (ISO19011 methodology based); Audit scope covers CSR or environment or GHG emission. 至少 5 年审核经验,并作为领头审核员进行至少 100 次审核(基于 ISO19011 方法),审核范围涵盖企业社会责任、可持续发展或环境或温室气体排放。
  • Additional expectation for senior auditor:

At least 8 years audit experience and minimum 150 audits as a lead auditor; 对高级审核员的期望:至少 8 年审核经验,作为审核员组长至少进行过 150 次审核;

  • Able to travel frequently within Mainland China and overseas.

  • Good report writing skills in English.

  • Holder of CCAA certificate.

  • Able to work independently and have strong work ethics to get the job done with a time-sensitive nature.
