Responsibilities
- Define business processes and innovate new products using established Core banking development platforms.
- Responsible for program design, coding, and testing of banking application systems/modules.
- Conduct system integration testing and other required tests for banking application systems/modules.
- Prepare technical specifications and other technical documents.
- Exceptional candidates will lead development teams in detailed design of system architecture and functionality.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of program development experience, with a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Software or related fields.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java/C/C#/Delphi/PB/VB), familiar with Oracle database and PL/SQL.
- Proficient in English reading and writing.
- Diligent, responsible, with strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication, comprehension, analytical, and learning abilities.
- Experience in banking system development, particularly with finance, securities and futures, and investment management business preferred.
- Experience in customizing and developing large-scale ERP and financial management systems preferred.
