该职位来源于猎聘 We are seeking a proactive IT Support and Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our internal IT systems. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain hardware/software across the organization. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adept at problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and assist the internal development team in maintaining the company's internal OSS platform
- Provide IT support for internal employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft OS, Office 365, Meeting system and other enterprise applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory.
- Monitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and implement upgrades.
- Troubleshoot issues with laptops, printers, VPN, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Document solutions and maintain IT inventory/assets.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement security policies and best practices.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees (e.g., setting up workstations).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Native Mandarin speaker with good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment
- Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, and Azure AD. o Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). o Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Soft Skills: o Strong problem-solving and communication skills. o Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. o Customer service mindset and teamwork orientation.
- Nice to Have: o Certifications: Microsoft Certified (e.g., MCSA, Modern Desktop Administrator) or ITIL. o Experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) or basic scripting (PowerShell).
