- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient microservices. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing code and improving overall system efficiency.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of microservices.
- Write code that is modular, readable, easily testable, and maintainable. Support and maintain already existing products.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and mentor junior team members towards a culture of high-quality code.

- You are a polyglot programmer with expertise in Java. Experience with Python is a plus.
- You have over 9 years of hands-on experience with SpringBoot, AWS (S3, SQS, CloudFormation, IAM, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, etc.), REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka.
- You have over 10 years of professional experience writing testable, maintainable, and performant code, with a proven track record of deploying and running it to production environments.
- You understand and design for non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization, ensuring that your code meets high standards in these areas.
- You have experience in operational excellence, including - but not limited to - monitoring, reporting, tracing, and alerting in complex, distributed components and services.
- You are skilled at collaborating with engineering teams, managers, and product stakeholders from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and improve system performance and reliability.
