Turnaround and Restructuring Services is a dedicated team of professionals providing insolvency service, financial restructuring advisory, Non-performing Loan deal advisory and other support services. Our clients include financial institutions, multinationals, as well as Chinese and Hong Kong public, private and state-owned enterprises.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the project team manager and director, partner in the day-to-day operation of engagements including formal insolvency work, financial restructuring advisory, Non-performing Loan deal advisory, etc;
- Assisting to analyze of target's financial position, operation, profitability, cash flow and liquidity, solvency and recoverability etc;
- Assisting to formulate, analyze and optimize restructuring plan;
- Execute bankruptcy administrator's work according to bankruptcy law, including identify and dispose the debtor's available assets, register and confirm creditors' liabilities, liquidate the Company in an orderly manner etc;
- Reporting to the engagement partners / directors / managers on a regular basis;
- Ensuring the compliance to both internal and statutory requirements;
Experience and Knowledge:
- 2 to 3 years' experiences in below areas: Accounting, Audit, Transaction Services or Restructuring Services Advisory. Candidate with big four advisory or audit background is preferred;
- Relevant NPL transaction, corporate recovery or restructuring experience, CPA or familiar with bankruptcy law would be advantages;
- A self-motivated team player with strong communication, financial and data analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and business development skills;
- Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of maximizing the capabilities of common research tools. Proficiency in Power BI or any other data analytical tool would be advantages;
- Willingness to travel;
- Native Chinese, fluent English
Education and Professional Certifications:
- Master / Bachelor / MBA degree or equivalent from an accredited college / university with finance, accounting or law related education background. Holder of Lawyer, CICPA, HKICPA, ACCA or similar professional accounting qualification would be advantages.
