Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
: Lead and mentor the finance team, continuously enhancing their professional skills while fostering positive team relationships. - Management Reporting
: Coordinate, review, and deliver statutory (audit & tax) and management reports to group/company leadership as required, including government-mandated financial filings. Identify and highlight critical risk areas impacting financial performance. - External Coordination
: Monitor fiscal/tax/financial policies, ensure compliance, and maintain proactive communication with regulatory authorities. Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Internal Control
: Oversee company's internal control system, enforce approval matrices/SOPs, and coordinate internal/external audits while tracking corrective actions. - Budgeting & Cost Control
: Prepare and monitor budgets, support BU leaders in achieving financial targets, and propose actionable cost-optimization solutions. - Treasury Management
: Manage cash flow, secure financing for operational/expansion needs, and maintain reporting systems aligned with group standards. - Risk Escalation
: Proactively identify and escalate potential business risks to senior management. - Other assigned tasks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred).
- 10+ years in MNC/joint-venture manufacturing financial management.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS reporting standards.
- Familiarity with local banking/tax systems and IP laws.
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software.
- Fluent Mandarin & English (written/spoken).
