Strategic Formulation and Implementation:
Lead the formulation and drive the implementation of the medium- and long-term development strategies for international business, market entry strategies, and annual business plans based on the overall strategy set by the company.
Conduct in-depth analysis of global automotive parts market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, keenly identify overseas market opportunities, and lead business model innovation and international transformation.
Ensure that the international business strategy is closely coordinated with the company's overall R&D, production, and supply chain capabilities.
Achievement of Business Objectives:
Take on the annual business objectives set by the parent company, organize the formulation, breakdown, revision, and effective implementation of annual business plans and budget plans.
Monitor the execution process of business plans comprehensively, lead business analysis and performance evaluation, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of goals.
Integrated Operation Management of R&D, Production, Supply, and Sales:
Market and Sales Driven: Lead global market development, brand building, customer relationship management, and sales team building to achieve sales targets.
Product and Technology Synergy: Lead or deeply participate in decision-making for new product development and technology improvement projects targeting international market needs, ensuring product competitiveness meets global standards and customer requirements.
Supply Chain and Delivery Assurance: Lead the establishment of an efficient, agile, and internationally standardized supply chain system (including overseas localization supply strategies) to ensure timely delivery and cost optimization of overseas orders.
Manufacturing Support: Coordinate domestic and overseas manufacturing resources to ensure production capacity, quality, and cost meet the needs of international business development.
Organization and Operational System Building:
Lead the establishment, optimization, and continuous improvement of key management processes and institutional systems that support the efficient operation of international business.
Drive the continuous optimization and adjustment of organizational structure and processes, enhance cross-departmental collaboration efficiency, and support the agile response of global business.
Quality Management and Compliance:
Approve and oversee the implementation of the company's quality policy, quality objectives, and quality management system (such as IATF to ensure products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for establishing and effectively implementing a comprehensive health, safety, and environment (HSE) management system to ensure global operational compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for engineering (mechanical, electronic, materials, automotive, etc.), or related fields.
Over 15 years of experience in the large-scale automotive parts industry, including at least 8 years in senior management positions.
Successful experience in integrated management of "R&D, production, supply, and sales," with a deep understanding of the operations and collaboration of R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
Rich experience in international market expansion, sales management, and overseas operations, with preference for those who have successfully led overseas subsidiaries, branches, or major overseas projects.
Ability to perceive global automotive industry trends and formulate and implement international strategies.
Proficiency in business communication in both Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with global customers, partners, and internal personnel at all levels.
