Responsibilities 61 Responsible for new suppliers and potential suppliers development, selection, evaluation and certification process to meet the company's needs and new project progress. 61 Negotiate with the supplier to ensure the company owns the best quality, delivery and cost for commodities.
61 Achieve cost reduction target by identifying new qualified suppliers or optimizing the cost level of exiting supplier. 61 Responsible for defining commercial terms with suppliers and signing 61 Maintain and manage suppliers, assist other departments in solving delivery and quality issues related to suppliers 61 Develop and update supplier and commodity database. Monitor market changes and work with other departments to identify cost reduction opportunities and manage the supply chain appropriately to optimize quality, cost and delivery. 61 Handle PO to satisfy material/production plan and business requirements. Manage suppliers to make sure the delivery of parts or components. Keep on transportation optimization job of inventory control, identify and mitigate the risk in supply. Work with finance to ensure the in time payment to suppliers. 61 Assist with localization procurement needs of the group headquarters, other temporary tasks assigned by Strategic Purchasing Supervisor. Requirements and skills 61 Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering, familiar with mechanical manufacture process, hydraulics system years of proven sourcing/purchasing function working experience in multi culture manufacturing company. 61 Basic in English both oral and written, native in Mandarin Chinese
61 Experienced in global sourcing to support overseas operations strategies, Strong understanding of processes with extension to the industry of supply base. 61 Open and positive attitude, capability to learn new knowledge and skills. Possess good communication skills and team working skills. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, hardworking and team working spirit.
