Position Summary
ZEISS China is hiring a SAP Solution Consultant – Quality Management (QM). In this role, you will design and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions, coordinate development work, and ensure compliance with industry standards and architectural guidelines. This is a unique opportunity to work on global SAP transformation projects and help drive innovation in a regulated environment.
Your Role
- Design functional & technical SAP S/4HANA solutions (incl. integration with satellite systems) based on business & IT requirements.
- Coordination & channeling of development work towards the global development factories.
- Provide expertise on SAP best practice architectures & technologies as support for the deployment teams.
- Challenge necessity of process deviations and be a strong advocate for standardization.
- Ensure adherence with architecture principles and standards.
- Review configuration and functional specification documents and manage approval.
- Support testing activities, incl. review and coordination of bug fixing.
- Support cutover, migration and hyper care for end-to-end process domain.
Your Experience
- 3+ Years SAP quality management and SAP logistic solution experience
- Consulting firm and internal solutioning dept. experience preferred
- Familiar with China GMP, GxP and CSV with pharmacy or medical technology company working experience.
- Profound experience as solution consultant/architect in SAP transformation or comparable projects.
- In-depth knowledge of technologies (incl. cloud) and functionalities in SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems (e.g., AEB, OpenText), incl. their integration.
- Extensive knowledge of global template processes for one or multiple process domains (e.g., Quality Management).
- Relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
